Booking Policy

Payment Schedule

  1. A non-refundable booking fee of 40% must be paid on booking. The full amount (which includes the non-refundable booking fee of 40%) is due 90 days before arrival.

  2. A security deposit of 15% of the value of your stay will be pre-authorised on your card the day of arrival and voided 4 days after departure.

  3. Non-payment of any sum by the due date will be deemed to be a cancellation and the property will be marketed for re-let.

    Cancellations

  4. We advise you to take out personal holiday cancellation insurance.

  5. Bookings cancelled more than 90 days before arrival will lose their 30% non-refundable deposit but will not be liable to pay the remaining 60% of the booking fee.

  6. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival will lose their 30% non-refundable deposit and will only be reimbursed the remaining 60% of the booking fee if the property is successfully re-let.

    Guest Obligations

  7. To pay for any losses or damages to the property or its fixtures, fittings or decor, howsoever caused (reasonable wear and tear excluded).

  8. To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay (extra cleaning can be charged).

  9. Not to smoke at the property.

  10. Not to light any candles.

  11. Not to bring any pets to the property unless previously agreed and paid for within the booking.
